A very popular dish amongst Indian farmers. Chick peas cooked with baby potatoes, tomatoes, herbs and aromatic spices with a touch of fenugreak. A medium dry dish.
Dall Makhani (Lentils with Cream and Butter) 125 Kr
This is a typically Punjai dish and a firm favourite of the Indian Military regiments in the state of Punjab. Made from black lentils, garlic, ginger, cream and cardomons to a medium consistency, garnished with corriander and sun dried tomatoes.
Matar Paneer made with Brahmin’s Goda Masala 155 Kr
Cubed Indian cottage cheese lightly fried and allowed to gently simmer in a tomatoe based sauce containing mustard seeds. Garden peas are added and the dish is garnished with fresh ginger.
Aubergine and Potatoe Curry 175 Kr

Lamb
Lamb Korma 195 Kr
Introduced by the invading Moghul armies, there was a dozen types of Korma during their reign. Pam has chosen one of emperor Akbar’s fauvorites. A slightly sweet dish made from coconut, a delicate cashew nut and poppy seed gravy together with stone ground spices.
Tawa Lamb and Walnut Curry with Truffle Flavour 225 Kr
Lamm och valnöt curry med tryffelsmak. Succulent pieces of lamb cooked with tomatoes, curry leaves, ginger, garlic and chef’s special masala. A true favourite of the Moghul emperors, this dish originating in Persia, is hugely popular in Indian hill stations, particularly those in Northern India. This is a semi dry and robust dish. Jordaloo Boti (Lamb with Apricots) 245 Kr
Boneless lamb marinated in fresh garlic and ginger, then pot roasted with fresh tomatoes, cummin seeds, a bayleaf, cardomans and a special blend of herbs and spices. Tender apricots are added and the dish is garnished with fresh ginger. This hugely popular dish originated in Persia and was introduced to India by the Parsi community in the 7th Century.
Hydrabadi Biriyani 225 Kr
Tender lamb cooked with basmati rice and various herbs and spices, chopped green chillies can be added if you wish. A small amount of cinnamon and slithers of dates (strimlor av dadlar) are added to enhance the flavour. This is India’s most popular biriyani and is served with a portion of Simply Pam’s raitta and handbaked paratha (crispy bread).

Chicken Tikka Masala 175 Kr
Tender fresh chicken fillets simmered in tomatoes, butter and cream. Subtle spices are added along with a touch of fengreek for extra flavour. The tikka masala is a truly British invention.
Garlic Chilli Chicken 175 Kr
Chicken cooked with freshly fried ginger, garlic, green chillies and Madras spices. This is a fairly hot dish which contains an extra amount of dry tawa roasted garlic. The dish originates from the earliest settled community of Mumbai the Pathare Prabhu.
Saffron Chicken Korma (Afghani Style) 195 Kr
This dish was hugely popular in Mongolia and northern Afghanistan during the 17th and 18th centuries. This heavily Persian influenced dish consists of tender pieces of chicken simmered in an onion and cashew nut gravy with a medium strength. This is a slightly sweet dish with coconut milk and added saffron.
Methi Chicken (Chicken with Fenugreek) 195 Kr
Chicken cooked with onion, tomatoes, green peppers, garlic and our own house special mixture of herbs and spices. This is a medium hot dish with a small amount of roasted coconut added if you wish. Methi chicken is a popular dish from the Syrian Christian community in India.
North Indian Style Chicken Saag 195 Kr
A north western frontier province speciality of dryroasted chicken allowed to simmer in a lightly spicedsaag until juicy and tender. In modern India, this dishis hugely popular amongst the north Indian army. This dish is garnished with roasted garlic.
Fish
Jhinga Patio 245 Kr
Tiger prawn with coconut and cashew nut sauce. This hugely popular dish originates from the 7th century when the Parsis fled Iran to settle on the west coast of India. This is a slightly sweet and sour dish.
Badshai Jhinga Khas 245 Kr
Tiger King Prawns prepared in a special sauce with a delicate mix of herbs and spices, freshly diced ginger, garlic, tomatoes and pepper. A little fresh cream is added and the prawns are allowed to simmer in the sauce until cooked. A popular dish from the state of Kerala and a favourite with fishermen. A medium hot dish.
King Prawn Chettinad 245 Kr
Tiger king prawns prepared in a spicy sauce with coarse black pepper and bell peppers added with new potatoes tempered with mustard seeds. This fairly hot dish is made by using stone ground Chettinad community spices.
Simply Pam’s Sea Bass (havsabborre) 245 Kr
Sea bass gently marinated in lemon juice and salt, a touch of black pepper is added and then the fish is allowed to simmer in a mild creamy sauce made to Simply Pam’s special recipe. This dish has only a slight hint of chilli content and is served on a bed of basmati rice. An alternative house recipe sauce made from spinach and dhall can be served with the sea bass.
