Simply Pam's have now completed the formalities to secure full and complete permission to sell a range of lovely wines for our customers to taste.
The initial wine menu is a shortened version of select reds and whites with a more extensive selection to be introduced in a few months time.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our supportive customers for bearing with us and continuing to dine at Simplypams during the period we were not selling alcohol and now hope to provide a more enhanced dining experience with the introduction of quality wine.
We would also like to stress that we fully acknowledge that on occasions there have been some shortcomings in our level of customer service and in particular delays in the food being served. All of the food we serve is made practically to order and do not tend to make foods many days or even hours before as we firmly believe in using only the freshest of ingredients including highest quality poultry and red meats, fully traceable seafood and quality fresh vegetables.
At Simply Pam's we adopt a just in time policy for cooking our wonderful range of dishes. Our new young lady who looks after front of house affairs is called Vishi who would be more than happy to answer any queries guests may have or of course time permitting Pam would oblige.

Rob Price är ägare och verkställande direktör för den berömda vinskolan i Birmingham, Birmingham Wine School, ett oberoende, brittiskt företag för utbildning i viner. Rob har många års erfarenhet i vinbranschen. Han har rest mycket och besökt de viktigaste vindistrikten i världen.
